I had Munch almost 3 years ago and it was obvious that my body would change. I got my waistline back fairly quickly, however, never quite got rid of the kangaroo tummy around the middle. As for my bottom….people warn you about droopy boobs, but my bum headed South and hasn’t migrated back since!
I just came to accept my new shape. I bought the next size up in jeans and even bought the uplifting jeans from Next. However when I couldn’t get my favourite cropped jeans on this year, I knew I had to do something before it got out of hand. I didn’t want to loose weight all over as such. I just wanted to tone up my problem areas and put my bum back where it belongs (and get those maxi dresses out the wardrobe!)
I’d used Slendertone Bottom before my wedding and was pleased with the results, so I hit amazon and got myself the Slendertone Abs and Slendertone Bottom garment (£130).
It says on the Slendertone box that results can be seen within 4 weeks. So I’ve taken some measurements and photos, to give it the proper test.
Waist – 27″
Hips – 35″
Thigh – 21.5″ L 20″ R (What’s with that?!)
I’ve been using it just over a week now and I’m quite excited to see what week 4 brings!
