Welcome to our second Elf on the Shelf blog hop, during #elftakeover.
Reading Residence and I were both excited to see your Elf on the Shelf arrivals last week and thank you to all of you who took part in the blog hop and to everyone who shared images across social media using #elftakeover.
My own elf antics this week involved trying to find ways to keep ‘Lady’ out of reach. After all, there is only so much magic dust! So this week entailed a few out of reach locations, but I am hoping to be a bit more adventurous and try out some of the fabulous ideas shared during #elftakeover.
Here’s my round up of ‘Lady’s’ week:
Before we get to the blog hop, lets first share our favourite 4 from the past week (it was a tough choice!)
Reading Residence Favourites
1. My Book Corner – I’m an Elf! Get me out of here!
Another favourite was 2. Faded Seaside Mama, whose elf was getting in some flying practice.
Life With Munchers Favourites
3. Isaacs Adventures – Doing some Elf-napping.
4. Snowing Indoors introduced us to Eduardo the elf and his opening antics.
Great effort made by all and thank you for sharing your ideas! I for one will be trying these out over the coming weeks! You can see all of last weeks link ups on our Group pinterest board:

This leads us into our second Elf on the Shelf blog hop. Over to you…

We had a similar problem, as Boo knows that if she touches him, he loses his magic, so we need to keep him away from the Little Man’s reach, more so than hers! Will keep trying to find high up fun things for him to do!

I’m stuck this morning on Elf ideas so I came back to your blog hop to get a new one. I’m doing the book reading if I can find the Elf book at 4 am.

I do the same!
Loving some of these ideas for the Elf – we don’t have one in our house this year…maybe next year though. Thanks for taking part in the Monday Parenting Pin it Party 🙂
